Does DTrusted pay travellers to bring back items from abroad to Nigeria?
Yes, we pay travellers for each item they bring.
I want to act as a traveller however I have concern regarding my safety as I do not want to accidentally carry prohibited items.
All items shopped via DTrusted are not on any international prohibited list. We will never ask our travellers to handle any prohibited item.
Is it possible for a shopper to plant drugs in the items I will be carrying?
Absolutely No. All items are shipped from merchant (eg Walmart, apple, ebay, amazon etc) to the traveller directly. We do not allow any interception. You will receive the items with proof of purchase.
I am arriving in another city other than Lagos, can I still carry items for DTrusted?
Yes, we will arrange the items pick up upon your arrival at your final destination.
How do I express an interest in acting as a traveller for DTrusted?
Just contact us.
Who pays for the items if I am acting as a traveller?
We will pay and ship the items to you. You need not make any payment.
How much do I get paid to act as a traveller?
We pay 6.60USD (NGN 2,409) per kg. For items in Lbs, we pay an equivalent in Lbs.
Does DTrusted provide free shipping on all items and from all locations around the world?
No, our free shipping is based on the items to be purchased as well as location of purchase.
For FREE shipping, who pays the Custom’s clearing fee?
The shopper pays the Custom’s clearing fee. This is NGN 730 per Lb weight.
If my item does not qualify for free shipping, do I have any other benefit?
Yes, we will offer you a purchase discount different from whatever discount the end supplier is offering. This is however based on the items to be purchased.
I do not want DTrusted to handle the shipping for me. Can I get DTrusted to just make the shopping while I arrange shipping myself?
Yes, all you need is to provide your shipping address. Your discount will not be voided.
I want my items delivered outside Lagos, will I get free shipping outside Lagos?
All our free shipping terminates at the receiving location in Lagos. You have the option to retrieve your items from the receiving location or pay a local handling fee.
Does DTrusted offer free ground shipping within Lagos?
No, shoppers have options to collect their items from our delivery location in Lagos or pay a ground shipping fee. Currently it is N3000 for Lagos Mainland, N4000 for Victoria Island and Lekki. Chevron to Epe is N4500.
Do you accept cryptocurrency?
Yes we do. Currently we accept BTC, BCH, ETH and PAYEER
